Mr. D, as all of his students called him, was a caring teacher, loving father and husband. When I talked with one of his students from the 70’s at a restaurant, she opened her server’s book and showed me a photo of Tom from the mid-70’s. She carried the photo to remember him.

We all carry an image of Tom. To some he’s Tom, to his daughters he is Dad and to his students he will always be Mr. D. We remember a great man. May his memories bless us all.
